1. About TranscribeCR

TranscribeCR is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software developed and designed by Dhanaram Infotech. It converts handwritten historical records and scanned documents into editable digital text.

2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

• TranscribeCR uses advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• Since this is an AI-based OCR system, 100% transcription accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
• Recognition accuracy depends on image quality, handwriting style, document condition, language, and historical scripts.
• Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the OCR output before using it for official, legal, research, or commercial purposes.
• Dhanaram Infotech shall not be responsible for any loss caused due to OCR recognition errors.

3. Supported Languages

• Currently, OCR transcription is available only for German and French handwritten documents.
• Additional language support will be introduced through future software updates.
• Availability of new languages depends on AI model improvements and development schedules.

4. User Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us.
• TranscribeCR does not store your personal documents or personal information on our servers.
• All processed images, exported files, and OCR results remain on your own computer unless you choose to share them.
• Users are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting their own data.

5. Credits & Free Usage

• Every registered user receives 5 free OCR credits.
• Each OCR process consumes credits based on the software's credit policy.
• After free credits are exhausted, additional credits must be purchased.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Software License

• This software is licensed, not sold.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the software without written permission from Dhanaram Infotech.
• Unauthorized use may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Updates

• TranscribeCR may receive software updates, AI model improvements, bug fixes, security patches, and new features.
• Future updates may include additional language support and OCR accuracy improvements.
• Some premium features may require active credits or subscription plans.

8. Internet Connection

• Certain features such as account verification, credit management, software activation, and updates may require an internet connection.
• OCR functionality may vary depending on the installed version and configuration.

9. Fair Usage

• Users must not misuse the software for illegal activities.
• Automated abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or attempts to bypass licensing systems are prohibited.
• Dhanaram Infotech reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

• TranscribeCR is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.
• Dhanaram Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
• Users assume full responsibility for verifying OCR results before publication or official use.
